Jaguar Technicians

It takes a certain type of person to deliver the levels of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that we expect. Any reconditioning work will be undertaken by Jaguar trained technicians using specific tools, diagnostic equipment and genuine Jaguar parts. We always work to the most exacting standards, which is why only Jaguar Retailers should ever undertake the work.

Vehicle History Report

Every Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a vehicle history report. The report will provide insight into service history, vehicle mileage, ownership and other vehicle attributes.

Road Test

Vehicles undertake a road test during which Jaguar technicians look to assess the unique performance characteristics of each vehicle. For instance, suspension, vibration, braking systems, engine performance, transmission and other specific areas are monitored to ensure the vehicle's optimum performance.

No Deductible

Any and all warrantable repairs covered under the Approved Certified Pre-Owned Program require absolutely no deductible whatsoever.

Transferable Warranty

There may come a time when you decide to sell your Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. The new owner will feel assured knowing that the warranty that came with your purchase is fully transferable.

*Jaguar Approved Certified Pre-Owned Coverage, including limited warranty and roadside assistance, expires one year from the end of the original new car warranty with unlimited miles or two years from the end of the original new car warranty or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Original in-service date is the earlier of the new-vehicle retail sale or in-use date, as reported to Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. Vehicles can have either a one year/unlimited miles or two years/100,000 miles limited warranty coverage.
