Get a New Jaguar

Purchase Your Current Jaguar

Have you grown to love your current Jaguar and don't want to give it up? You have the option to purchase your current vehicle at the end of your lease. Contact us for information on obtaining your payoff quote, or check your original lease documentation.

Extend Your Lease

If you need more time to get the new Jaguar you want, a one-time six-month extension to your lease may be available for those who qualify. You can turn in your vehicle at any time during the six months without incurring Early Termination penalties. Contact us for more information.

Turn-In Your Jaguar

Lease-End Checklist


Approaching the End of Your Lease

  1. Make sure you are within your contracted mileage allowance.
  2. Call Jaguar Columbia at least 45 days before turn-in to schedule your complimentary pre-inspection*
  3. Review your pre-inspection wear and use condition report.
  4. Make repairs at our Service Center to reduce end-of-term liability (each tire must have at least 1/8th inch tread at its lowest point)
  5. Contact your retailer for repairs covered by optional products** purchased through the retailer.
  6. Contact Jaguar Financial Group at 1-877-370-3506 with receipts from any repairs completed at our Service Center.
  7. Check out our new Jaguar inventory and schedule a test drive.
  8. Contact Jaguar Financial Group at 1-877-370-3506 to request an extension if you need more time.

Before Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Contact Jaguar Columbia to schedule your lease return.
  2. Meet your contractual obligations before turning in your vehicle; you may be charged for early turn-in.
  3. Contact Jaguar Columbia or local DMV for any state license and/or registration requirements.
  4. Prepare your vehicle for turn-in:
    • Remove all personal items.
    • Turn-in all sets of keys to the vehicle.
    • Clear any personal digital information from in-vehicle interfaces.
    • Anything that came with your vehicle when you first leased it must be returned to avoid charges (for example: all keys, owner's manuals, cargo covers, removable seats, remotes, headphones, navigation systems/SD cards, spare tires/tools).

Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Return your completed Odometer Statement to Jaguar Financial Group.
  2. Contact Jaguar Financial Group with your turn-in details: our name/address (Jaguar Columbia/540 Jamil Road, Columbia, SC 29210), name of the person who took your keys, the date and time you dropped it off, and the mileage from your Odometer Statement.
  3. Provide Jaguar Financial Group with the VIN of your next lease or purchase to see if you qualify for any loyalty credits or waivers.

After Turning In Your Vehicle

  1. Complete the Lease Turn-In form online or contact Jaguar Financial Group at 1-877-370-3506 within 1 business day of turn in.
  2. Cancel recurring payments as we cannot stop these on your behalf.
  3. If you receive a lease-end bill, promptly pay any amount due.

If your lease originated in NH/WI: The pre-inspection must be completed within 15 days prior to turn-in. Our inspection after the termination of the lease shall be conclusive unless you obtain a counter-inspection.
