After rotating the wheels the tire pressure was not adjusted on my i-pace. S/b 44psi in the back and 37psi in front. Currently my front left is 45psi and front right is 39psi (slow leak tire)

I took my Jaguar XJ for a service appt that went very well. I was given a time frame for completion and my car was done as stated. The staff was all very friendly and professional. I even took a test drive in a Jaguar F-Pace while I was waiting which it was a very nice drive. I would definitely recommend the dealership to family and friends.

My experience at the dealership was a good experience. Check-in with Linda was very sooth and quick. She went over all repairs to make sure she had everything down correct. Quite area was a hit since I was working on tax information. After repair was complete Linda went all everything with me to make sure I was happy with everything. She thank me for allowing Jaguar Columbia to service my car and told me they were there when needed again. The way Linda treated me as a returning customer was great.

Friendly and curtious staff. Lobby kept clean. Place appears to look a lot empty and low on snacks and coffee machine is missing! Other than that, it's a pleasant atmosphere!

Jaguar Columbia from Linda and Tony in service and even Frank as GM did a wonderful job fighting (yes fighting) with JLR to properly repair the defunct telematic unit in my F type. Dustin (tech) diagnosed the issue months ago but had to "prove" his case to JLR. With the help of all above he was successful. The downside is the regional JLR rep. was absent in her duties and by that absence gave the strong impression she did not care. Again thanks to all above for pleasing a lifelong Jaguar customer in the difficult times.

Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but when I got there Linda Hughes was very helpful and got my AC repaired in 2 hrs 15 min. There is a need for more Technicians as being without AC for two weeks is not what I paid for when I bought a Jaguar. I have been buying Jaguars for over 23 yrs in the US an also owned one in England previously.

I took my f-type in for an annual service and they kindly provided an E-Pace loaner so I could make my way back to Augusta where I’m from. Picked up the car two days later @ 10:30am and shortly after departing, my car developed a violent steering wheel vibration. The wheels and tires were brand new and only mounted 1 week prior to the service visit; No vibrations prior to the visit. I got lunch and afterwards headed right back to the dealer. The tech who performed the work, while seasoned, had also overlooked resetting the ‘Service Required’ indicator on the ...
